ONE ON ONE TRAINING

The fastest way to get the results you desire is with a dedicated personal trainer. All the attention is focussed on you! Once you get going with us you will immediately see why our clients get so addicted to their workouts.

At Fitness For Fun we are all about making it convenient for you by training at our fabulous home gym in Aveley awell as offering limited mobile training sessions to specialty clients who require this service,  putting them through their paces in the comfort of their own home, workplace or outdoors in the sunshine at their local park. These sessions are subject to availability as most of our wonderful workouts are conducted in the comfort of our Fitness For Fun Home Gym where we have a variety of fantastic equipment guaranteed to shake up your sessions. From weight machines, to free weights, to CrossFit style equipment, cardio machines and boxing gear we have a whole variety to help you work up a sweat. 

BUDDY PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Buddy Training allows you to train with a friend or someone of a similar fitness and mind frame. This has become one of our most popular training options, it is as effective as one-on-one training, at almost half the price. This style of training allows you to motivate each other, push each other and commit to fitness together ...... all at a lower cost! You will get all the benefits of a Personal Trainer, but be able to split the costs with a buddy. The Buddy Personal Training Session can be tailored to you both individually, regardless of your fitness levels or your aim to achieve different personal goals. PRIVATE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Gather your work colleagues, a group of friends or even get your family together to get Fit and Have Fun!! We can arrange to train your group at your preferred location and time. Our Corporate Group Fitness Sessions are becoming a popular choice with many making the most out of their lunch break or smashing out a session after a stressful day at work. They designed to encourage employees to leap out of their chairs and desks and step outside to embrace the fun and fitness together as a team.

BOOTCAMP (GROUP FITNESS CLASS)

Our Bootcamp Classes kickstart at $12 casually to attend when you are able to make it and train when it fits into your schedule :) or to attend on more of a regular basis 

​

Prices kickstart at $10 for 1 class a week, $20 for 2 classes a week, $30 for 3 classes a week !! Each class is 60 mins -120 mins in duration and we welcome all fitness levels and cater to all abilities including those who are pregnant, have pre existing injuries, and work with those with disabilities too We also train both guys and girls and from teens to adults !!!

Eg- our evening class kickstarts from 5:30pm and finishes at 7:30pm - people are welcome to come at any time during the two hours for as long as they wish some may be dashing home from work and can only make it for 6 and are more than welcome to join in from 6pm for as long as they would like.

Wednesday Morning Boxing Bootcamp FROM @ 9:15am until 10:30am

Thursday Night Bootcamp FROM @ 5:30pm until 7:20pm
